Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. Why does Well Bee collect my Personal Information?

This may also include the products and services of our suppliers and trusted partners.

When you purchase a Well Bee product via the Well Bee website, we may send you commercial electronic messages and tailored advertising if you agree to let us do so. We may send you these messages via various channels and media (including by email, SMS, phone and mail, or via advertising on certain websites and social media), but only when you have opted in to receive electronic messages from us via that channel.

You can choose not to receive commercial electronic messages via a channel, by using the unsubscribe facility in any commercial electronic messages. If you use the opt-out facility provided in a commercial electronic message, you will be unsubscribed from Well Bee commercial electronic messages that are sent to you.

Regardless of whether you opt out of any or all commercial electronic messages, you will still receive information that we are required by law to provide to you, or service based communications relating to your account or membership, including changes to our terms and conditions, changes to our Collection Notice and Privacy Policy, account transactions or other important information relating to products or services you have purchased or signed up for.

We protect your payment card details with encryption and hashing methods. Do not include your full card details when you communicate with us via email, SMS or chat messages. If we have to make a reference to your payment card number, we will only refer to the last four digits in any form of written communications.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

Well Bee will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

To protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
